By using Notrix products and services you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they cover what you can do, what we can do, refund and chargeback policy, and how disputes get resolved.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Notrix. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your Notrix account. Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3. License keys and HWID locking
Each license key locks to a single hardware fingerprint (HWID) on first redemption. You receive 2 free HWID resets per calendar month for legitimate hardware changes. Sharing keys, attempting to circumvent HWID locking, or repeated suspicious reset patterns will result in key revocation without refund.
4. Refund policy
Unredeemed keys are refundable for 14 days from purchase. Once a key is HWID-locked, refunds are reviewed case-by-case and generally only granted if there is a verified product defect. Detection insurance: if a product you purchased becomes detected and you cannot use it for >24 hours, we automatically credit your account in proportion to the remaining subscription time.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against Notrix without first contacting support results in immediate key revocation, account suspension, and a permanent flag on your hardware fingerprint. We will accept disputes that have merit and respond to your support ticket; we will fight fraudulent disputes aggressively with full audit + redemption evidence.
6. Acceptable use
Notrix products are intended for personal use by the account holder. You may not: (a) resell or redistribute keys outside our official Reseller Program; (b) reverse-engineer the loader, workers, or platform; (c) use Notrix products to harm other users (e.g., DDoS, doxxing, harassment); (d) use Notrix products in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
7. Reseller program
Resellers operate under a separate Reseller Agreement (signed at signup). Wholesale tier discounts, programmatic API access, and white-label loader/customer-panel rights are governed by that agreement. Notrix retains the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts that violate the agreement, exhibit excessive chargeback rates, or fail KYC re-verification.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Notrix products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any product will remain undetected indefinitely; anti-cheat software evolves continuously and detections can occur without warning. Detection insurance partially mitigates this risk but is not a guarantee.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notrix's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for game account bans, lost in-game items, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Danger zone. Termination revokes all active keys, anonymizes your data per our Privacy Policy, and preserves the audit log per legal compliance requirements.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our incorporation documents. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law; otherwise in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are emailed to your registered address with 30 days notice. Continued use of Notrix after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
