Refund policy

Plain-English version: if you haven't locked your key to a machine, you have 14 days to change your mind. After that, refunds are case-by-case. We auto-credit you when our products are detected — no ticket needed.

Refund eligibility

  • Unredeemed keys (≤14 days from purchase): full refund, no questions asked. Email refunds@notrix.pro with your order number.
  • Redeemed keys (HWID-locked): refunds are reviewed case-by-case. We generally only refund if there's a verified product defect — not buyer's remorse.
  • Verified detection: detection insurance kicks in automatically. If a product you bought is detected and unusable for >24 hours, we credit your account in proportion to remaining subscription time.
  • Product withdrawn from sale: if we pull a worker due to a major game patch, unredeemed weekly+ keys are auto-refunded; daily keys past their first 24 hours are not refunded.

Not refundable

  • Keys you redeemed and used for the full term
  • Daily keys past 24 hours (you got the day)
  • Keys revoked due to ToS violation, chargeback, or HWID-sharing
  • Game account bans caused by external factors (we cover detection, not your account behavior)
  • Anti-cheat false positives flagging your unrelated cheats — we only cover Notrix products

How long does a refund take?

Stripe refunds: 5–10 business days back to your card. Crypto refunds: returned to the original wallet within 24 hours of approval. We process refund requests within 48 hours during business days.

Reseller customers

If you bought from a Notrix reseller (e.g., SkinSlot, SquadX), contact them first. Refunds for reseller-issued keys go through the reseller. We can mediate disputes if you exhaust their support process.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in immediate key revocation, account suspension, and a permanent HWID flag. If you're unhappy, email us — we'd much rather refund you than fight a dispute.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a support ticket at /support with your order number
  2. Tell us why — "changed my mind" is fine for unredeemed keys ≤14 days
  3. We respond within 48 hours (usually same day)
  4. Approved refunds are issued the same day
