Notrix accepts Litecoin only. All sales are final once a key has been activated on your hardware. If you bought through a reseller, contact them first — we don't process refunds for keys we didn't sell.
Unused keys
If you bought a key you haven't activated yet and something is clearly wrong with the purchase, reach out to support and we'll take a look. Any refund we agree to is paid back in Litecoin.
What's not refundable
- Keys that have already been activated.
- Keys revoked for policy violation or sharing.
- Game bans, account bans, or hardware bans of any kind.
- Exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund.
